Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. What you see is exactly what you get.
All QuickSip product images are real and accurately represent the flavour, packaging, and quantity you will receive.

Every QuickSip cup is:

  • Sealed in tamper-proof, food-grade packaging

  • Carefully checked before dispatch

  • Delivered to ensure freshness and safety

If you ever receive a product that doesn’t meet our standards, our support team is here to help.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is successfully placed, your sales receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address.

You can also view and download your receipt by:

  1. Logging into your QuickSip account

  2. Going to My Orders

  3. Selecting the relevant order to access the receipt and order details

If you’re unable to find your receipt or need a copy, our support team will be happy to assist you.

How can I return an item?

We want you to have a smooth experience with QuickSip. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you can request a return by following these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number and clear images of the product

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Please note:

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products

  • Food and beverage items cannot be returned for reasons other than damage or error, due to hygiene and safety standards

  • Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund, as per our policy

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Most QuickSip products that are marked as out of stock are temporarily unavailable and are restocked regularly.

We recommend:

  • Checking back soon, as restocks happen based on demand

  • Enabling back-in-stock notifications (if available)

  • Following QuickSip on our social channels for restock updates and announcements

In some cases, limited-edition or seasonal flavours may not be restocked once sold out. If you need help finding an alternative flavour, our support team will be happy to assist.

Where can I ship my order?

QuickSip currently ships to all serviceable locations across India.

You can have your order delivered to:

  • Your home or office

  • Any valid residential or commercial address

  • Locations supported by our courier partners

Simply enter your delivery PIN code at checkout to confirm service availability and estimated delivery time.

If your area is not currently serviceable or you need help with bulk or special deliveries, our support team is happy to assist.
